In this meeting, we’ll explore the protective layers we build around our hearts. Looking into the armor that helps us survive but sometimes keeps us from truly living. Through honest conversation and gentle self-inquiry, we’ll discuss what it means to feel secure enough to be vulnerable, and how letting our guard down can open the door to deeper connection and authenticity.

Let’s Talks are group conversations led with community in mind. While the ideas are fun to explore, connection is the main priority.
