Free Book Club: The Yamas and Niyamas

Join for a discussion of The Yamas and Niyamas by Deborah Adele. Everyone is welcome to join regardless of how much of the book has been read (even if it’s nothing!). It’s still valuable to be in community and hear the discussion.
While we will be focusing on the ideas in this book, the main priority of this group is community building. Expect brief introductions in the beginning. Attendees are welcome to open up, so that the content can be understood both intellectually and emotionally.
