Connect & Belong is a free, bi-weekly speed friending experience built for curious, open-minded people in Metro Vancouver who are ready to expand their world one real conversation at a time.

Each session runs a guided speed friending format, you rotate through short, engaging conversations with different people using fun, thoughtfully crafted prompts. Some questions will make you laugh. Some will catch you off guard.
