Is there something in your life that asks this of you? Maybe a relationship with someone, a career, your faith?

Mary writes, “Being witnessed in all of our vulnerability locks in a new connection to self and others. We are not our stories, but after trauma, we often don’t know that. People are not made of only the best or the worst thing we’ve ever done, or the best or worst thing that has ever happened to us.”
