☕️ Grab your coffee, lace up your boots, and come make a difference with Serve & Jam for "Serve Saturday" as we partner with the Dallas Ramp Project for a morning of meaningful service where we’ll build a life-changing wheelchair ramp for a neighbor in need!
💡 What’s Going Down
In just a few hours we’ll give someone the freedom to safely leave their home again, something they may not have had for months or even years. Many elderly and disabled individuals are essentially imprisoned inside their homes because of just a few steps. We will build a sturdy, beautiful ramp and unlock access to the world outside.
Come build with us, sip some coffee, meet new friends, and leave knowing you made a direct, lasting impact.
🛠️ What to Expect
Before we get to work, we’ll meet up for a quick coffee hangout to fuel up and connect. You’ll get to meet your fellow volunteers, sip on something warm, and get excited about the impact we’re about to make together.
- Coffee meetup location will be sent after RSVP confirmation.
- We’ll depart at 6:50 AM sharp to head to the warehouse, which is only about 5 minutes away, for volunteer assignments and instructions.
- Ramp Builds Usually Take 3–6 Hours, but that’s not a guarantee. Please plan to stay until the ramp is finished.
- Ramp assignments are made at the warehouse, so if you or a team member must leave by a certain time, please make this known to leadership before assignments are made.
- Ramps can vary in size and complexity and may require on-site adjustments.
