🌿 Community Soundbath – Let’s Go Together 🌿

Hello everyone.

There's an exciting community sound bath happening in Winsford, and some of us are going together. If you'd like to try it out and meet us, here are the details:
A sound bath should be a relaxing experience. It uses sound and vibration to help calm the nervous system.

• Monday, January 12, 2026
Time: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Location: St. Chad's Church Hall, Winsford, CW7 4HB
Cost: £5 for the first experience and £10 per person if someone has already been there before.

What to bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow (whatever makes you feel comfortable)

This is a wonderful opportunity to relax, connect, and share the experience with others, feeling grounded through body and sounds!
