This group runs various types of events related to connecting, supporting and celebrating.

  1. As a Nutrition Network Advisor and SADAG trained Support Group Leader, I am qualified to run support groups. I run the Eating for Mental Health Support Group.
  2. Under this group, I also run the How Can We Help You/How Can You Help Group. Here we share our challenges and everyone chips in to see how they can help.
  3. We finally have our music listening session where we can together for snacks, drinks and to listen to jazz and RnB.
