I’m hosting a breathwork session on Sunday 30th Nov and wanted to share with those who feel called to join ✨

A guided breathwork session with movement, conscious connected breathing & circling to deepen connection, release stuck energy & find balance within. Creating space in the body, softening what feels tight and reconnecting with ourselves in a calm, supportive way. No experience needed, just an open heart and curious mind.
