This month’s Lunch & Learn is taking a fun and active turn!
We’re adding a unique twist to our networking event with a Jiu Jitsu-based self-defense session. Come enjoy a great lunch, meet new people, and get moving as we practice simple and effective self-defense techniques in a relaxed, family-friendly environment.

This is a free event, but please pre-register so we can prepare enough food.
