Thought I'd share some of what foods and drink help me (these days), what the experts say (or claim) and have a fun time talking about grub and mental health.

The doors at these Community locations lock at 7pm. Also, please park in non-patient areas. The White zones are for non-patient, non-emergency parking only. There is just no parking in the Yellow zones. *Bonus points if you can guess the movie reference here*. LOL
