During the school year, many children rely on free or reduced-price meals, but summer break leaves a critical gap in nutrition for thousands across Connecticut. We are tackling summer hunger by getting kid-friendly, shelf-stable foods directly to the children who need them most when school is out. WANT TO DONATE BUT CAN'T MAKE THE EVENT ON JUNE 14th?
If you're unable to attend the Snack-Packed Summer event at the Capitol, you can still donate!
Collective Action CT has county-based
volunteers across Connecticut who can help coordinate drop-off or pick-up of kid-friendly food items in select towns.
If your town is on the list, reach out to your county rep to make arrangements or ask questions! (Flyer with county rep email addresses is in event-photo-carousel)
Another way to donate/contribute is to visit the Master’s Manna website and give directly!
