Heal Yourself from withinIf you’ve been waiting for a breakthrough endlessly.. whether on your journey to heal completely or to emerge from the habits that are holding you back in life, then rather than trying something new out there that might help, it might be time to turn inwards and look for the answers within.
The light that makes you see all that you need to know is always glowing inside, if only you choose to rest and bask in its radiance within.
On Friday, November 20th, 2026, you are invited to join Shweta Sehjpal at COE, Regent Park Community Center (402 Shuter St, Toronto) at 2pm EST and explore the ways to reach within, to find the solutions that are the only real solutions to your struggles in life, waiting to be uncovered only by you through your journey inside.
What to bring with you: 1) A notebook and a Pen: This is not only to take notes, but are required for an extensive guided writing exercise. Typing or scribbling on digital devices may not be as supportive of this exercise as pen on paper will be; 2) Your drinking water bottle; 3) An open heart.. and we’ll put a smile on your face even if you forget to bring it with you 😊
About the Organizer:
Shweta Sehjpal, the author of:
Rise in Love with your Real Self – An Invitation to Connect with the Self’My Encounter with The Moment of Truth – A Sacred Reunion
Foods That Heal – Nourishing Mind and Body through the Natural Healing Agents
and the founder and author of two online journals:
ConsciousnessConnect.org and ExplicExpression.org ,explores the contours of consciousness, identity, and human experience, as she blends observation, lived experience, evolutionary perspectives and intuitive insights into a space where logic meets longing – slowing the spree of seeking into resting in being.
Her work is a meditation, a mirror, and a challenge – as she writes and speaks not to inform or instruct, but to help remember the quiet truths that are rediscovered when we look closely at nature and at ourselves – allowing awareness to unfold from within, mediating emotional healing and spiritual liberation.
As a Yoga and Ayurveda-lifestyle consultant and a Qigong practitioner, Shweta helps individuals live with clarity, stability, and truth, by integrating mind and body consciously into consciousness, restoring harmony within and without, reconnecting with the ‘Real-Self’.
Shweta can be reached at connect@consciousnessconnect.org
Her books are available on Amazon and will also be available at the event site.
