Port Jeff Day Trip!

July is too good for just one trip on the water. By popular demand, let's take a ride on the Bridgeport Ferry to nearby Port Jefferson!

Let's get together at the Ferry for an 11:45 AM departure. To play it safe and give people time to find parking, aim to get to Bridgeport by 11:15 AM. Parking details are below. The ride to Port Jefferson is one hour and 15 minutes long. We are going to play our departure from Port Jeff by ear, and some people might want to stay longer than others, so we are going to be all about being flexible!

Round-trip tickets are $39 per adult. Purchase tickets at this link. Tickets are good for 30 days, so you can buy them at any time from the date this event is announced! Be sure to select "Adult Passenger Round Trip" when buying tickets. You do not need to specify the time.

Drinks and snacks are available on board, and Port Jefferson Marina has lots of places to eat, drink, and shop!

Parking: The Bridgeport Ferry does not have a designated lot, but there is parking available at the following locations:

• Parking lot under 95 on Water St. This is free on Saturday and Sundays pending events at the arena. We should be there early enough that it's no problem.
• Street parking on Main St. and Broad St. is free with shuttle service at Main Gate.
• Imperial Parking Garage.
• City Trust (Propark) Garage.
• Transit Garage at Harbor Yard Arena (700 Main St.)

Shuttle service is available at all the above locations. Call 203-836-9955 to request service. Be sure to give yourself enough time!
