About us
Connecting Jobs aims to create new opportunities for individuals who are new to the Swedish labor market. It is an initiative of the non-profit organization Beredskapslyftet. We provide networking events, recruitment activities, and professional networks to newly arrived individuals.
The project is co-funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).
Eligibility criteria to participate in our activities:
- You are not a Swedish citizen
- You are a non-EU/EEA resident
- You have the legal right to live and work in Swedenâ

AI:spire â 12-week AI upskilling program
5 spots remaining!The program is co-created by Accenture, Microsoft, and Connecting Jobs for newcomers to Sweden with programming experience and a technical background.
Education starts in September 2026 in hybrid format: online sessions combined with in-person events in Stockholm.
Requirements to join:
- University degree in a technical field (e.g. Software Development, Data, Computer Science)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or Java
- Valid residence permit in Sweden (until at least Feb 2027) allowing you to participate in the program and undertake an internship
- English language working proficiency
- Commitment to the full 12-week hybrid program
