Connecting Mamas| Postpartum Support Group

Motherhood can be magical, messy, and everything in between—but it’s not something you have to navigate alone. Join our family🤎 This is a space to connect with other moms, gain resources, and even collaborate with amazing birth workers like doulas, midwives, and OBGYNs. This postpartum support group is a welcoming and inclusive space specifically created to support Black, Brown, Indigenous, and LGBTQ+ individuals. We are committed to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where everyone can feel seen, heard, and valued on their postpartum journey.

Registration for group opens January 15th, Our first official group meeting will take place January 22nd.
