Come on and join me on an hour workshop where we will learn to relax our nervous system, connect deeply with ourselves and others with Presence and Loving Awareness.
We will start with a brief introduction, then, I will lead you into a guided meditation, followed by 1:1 partner work and ending with a group sharing.
Meditation can be fulfilling and joyful and this workshop is tailored to provide this experience for you. I am looking forward to meeting you!
