Silvermine walk and picnic

Hi guys,

We will be joining the Mature Hikers group for a casual walk from the first parking lot, down towards the reservoir. Once at the reservoir we will find a spot for a picnic. Hopefully the weather will be good, but come prepared :)

It's quite an easy walk, and we won't rush. The idea is that we will have a chance to take in the beautiful scenery and connect with each other.

Dogs are allowed but need a permit, and they are only permitted to swim in certain areas of the reservior. You will be required to pay a small charge to enter the reserve, unless you have a wild card.

It will be good fun. Bring your regular hiking gear, water, and snacks for the picnic. We'll leave at 9:30am sharp.
