This group is for people who want to build peaceful, authentic connections, community, a sense of belonging, empathy, and decrease loneliness and social anxiety.
Develop skills in self healing, self love, stress management, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, healthy lifestyles, increasing joy, emotional intelligence, intercultural compassionate nonviolent communication, social intelligence, creative self expression, and more.
Events are trauma-informed, activity-based, inclusive, virtual and in-person. Come as you are, all are welcome.
