Everyone is worthy of unconditional love, empathy and care, and it must begin with self empathy. We cannot build healthy, secure relationships with others if we do not develop one with ourselves first. This is a space of safety, respect, care, vulnerability and kindness. Please be mindful of the energy you bring to this space.

Please complete a registration form, sign a waiver and make the payment before the event, which you can sign electronically or print and bring to the event. There is a limit to 15 attendees, and your spot will not be secured until full registration.

There is a room in the back of ANT Bookstore and Café behind the kitchen where we will have a table and chairs. The restaurant requests that we all order food and drinks. When you are finished, please clean up after yourself. Thank you for supporting local businesses!
