What we’re about
Mental Health Practitioners are often highly skilled professionals in the art of connection, but oftentimes the incredible work we do is done behind closed doors and away from others in the field. It can be lonely being a therapist sometimes, and we’d like to change that!

What is Authentic Relating?
Authentic Relating is a practice that empowers individuals to engage with others in a more meaningful and honest way. It involves a set of interactive exercises and conversations designed to foster deeper understanding, empathy, and openness. By embracing authenticity, we create an environment where vulnerability is celebrated and true connection thrives. This workshop will provide you with the tools to communicate more effectively, build stronger relationships, and experience a profound sense of belonging.
What Awaits You:
- Interactive Exercises: Engage in dynamic activities that challenge you to connect with others in new and exciting ways. These exercises are designed to break down barriers and open up pathways for genuine interaction.
- Guided Conversations: Participate in structured conversations that encourage honesty and empathy. Learn how to listen deeply and express yourself authentically.
- Group Sharing: Experience the power of group sharing as you witness and support the journeys of others. This collective experience fosters a sense of community and mutual understanding.
- Reflection and Integration: Take time to reflect on your experiences and integrate the insights gained. Rachel will guide you through this process, ensuring that you leave with practical tools and a deeper understanding of yourself and others.
- Supportive Environment: Enjoy a safe and supportive space where you can explore your authentic self without judgment. Rachel's compassionate facilitation ensures that everyone feels valued and respected.

Mark and Exhale webinar with TJ Walsh
·OnlineOnlineMeet Mark & Exhale—a single 20-minute Zoom taster for healers who want less static and more presence between sessions. We’ll orient, make messy marks (no art skills, ever), title it, and exhale. You’ll leave with a tiny ritual you can actually keep—and a feel for what we’ll build out together next.
Bring: 2 sheets of paper + a few crayons/markers
Cost: Free RSVP required
Why come? Because our work leaves residue—on the body, on the week, on the story you carry. This gives you a low-stakes way to move it without overprocessing. If it lands, you’ll be first to hear about the follow-up: a short in-person series of 1-hour “Mark & Exhale: Studio Sessions” where we go deeper, slower, and more embodied so our nervous systems can breathe again.3 attendees
