Connection Is the Opposite: Helping Feed Boston

Recovery can be lonely. One of the best ways to get out of our own heads is to help somebody else.

We’ll meet at 4:30 PM outside Boston Public Library on Boylston, near the Marathon finish line, and join Boston Food Activists to help hand out food and supplies.

No pressure to be especially social or outgoing. You can come if you are shy, awkward, anxious, new in town, in recovery, or just looking for a little more connection and purpose.

A little less isolation. A little more connection. A chance to do something good with good people.
