Autumn Equinox Women's Circle

Women’s circles have ancient roots found in various cultures worldwide. They used to gather for significant life transitions, to celebrate harvests and to align with the rhythms of nature such as moon phases and the change of seasons.

The Autumn Equinox, also known as Mabon, marks the official start of Fall and symbolizes balance, as it's the time when day and night are equal in length. This time of year calls us to reflect on the balance in our own lives and to slow down, just as nature does with the approach of winter.
This event is a special invitation for us women to come together and create a space where we'll tap into our collective wisdom and magic.

How will the evening look like?
We’ll begin with a guided meditation, then gently transition into individual practices designed to help us slow down and connect more deeply with our bodies. Throughout the evening we’ll sometimes gather in a circle to share and witness each other’s experiences. We’ll close with a ritual meant to ground and channel the intentions and energy we've explored.
