What if you could say NO! once in a while and feel good about it?

Most of us were never taught how to express our boundaries or even feel them, to start with. We say yes when we mean maybe. We stay silent when something feels off. We disconnect, override, or freeze then wonder why we feel drained or resentful.

This evening is designed to be a playground where you can experience connecting with your "yes" and your "no". You will access the inner wisdom which will empower you to set boundaries in an empathic but effective way.

"But what if I don't trust myself to do that?" you might say. There is someone who can be your best ally and guide: your body.

WHAT WE WILL DO
1\. We'll start with a guided meditation\, then we'll talk about practicalities and agreements\. Next\, you will veeery slowly begin to connect with others in a safe and relaxing way\.

2\. The second part of the evening is about doing exercises where you will explore the connection between your body\, your desires and your boundaries\. Through guided pair and small group practices you’ll build awareness and get a felt sense of what it means to stand in your truth without guilt or explanation\. All activities are guided and optional\, with space to move at your own pace\.

3\. In the final phase we will transition into a Sharing Circle\(inspired by HeartIQ\) where the space is open for anything that needs to be named\, expressed or integrated\.

\- What boundaries actually are\.
\- How to feel your internal yes\, no\, maybe\.
\- How to express boundaries clearly\, kindly and firmly\.
= How to recognize and respect others’ boundaries too.

You don’t need to know anything about this work to join. Just bring your curiosity.

FAQs

Will there be touch-based exercises?
Possibly. Some practices may involve consensual, non-invasive touch. You can always opt out.

Will I have to share personal stories?
Only if you want to. The workshop focuses on embodied and practical exploration. You can always choose how much or how little you share.

What if I feel uncomfortable during an exercise?
You’re always in charge of your experience. At any given moment you are free to just sit on the side and do absolutely nothing if that's your wish. We will cheer you up for taking care of yourself. :)

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes that allow light movement and sitting on the floor. Layers are helpful.

Do I need to bring anything?
A bottle of water if you wish. We'll provide tea and snacks.

Is this therapy?
No. It’s a guided workshop, not a therapy session. It’s about learning tools and building awareness in a supportive group setting.

Can I arrive late?
No. To maintain group focus and safety, doors will close at 19:00 sharp. Please be on time.

Is this suitable for children?
This event is only for adults. It includes moments of silence and emotional exploration, which require full focus and a distraction-free space.

Is there parking nearby?
Yes. Free street parking is available near the venue.

Can I cancel my ticket?
Yes, up to 24h before the event. The tickets cannot be cancelled/refunded in less than 24h before the event, also not if you show up too late and can't enter.
