Shinrin-yoku at Maple Grove

Details
Deep Nature Connection aka Forest Bathing (shinrin-yoku) is a Japanese wellness modality for deeply communing with Nature. Go slow and unwind. Breathe deep and create spacious relaxation. Really helps to reduce climate worry, eco-anxiety, and stress.

You'll be guided through gentle practices of mindful movement, mindful breathing, centering, directed awareness, and other experiential practices while we engage with the more-than-human-world. Expect short walking and some sitting on the ground.
