This year’s event brings together an amazing collection of speakers sharing ground-breaking ideas and transformative strategies to empower individuals across every dimension of life.On the agenda are sessions about enhancing health span through innovative science, boosting brain health with light and sound therapy, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence for mindfulness, resilience, and well-being.
The agenda also includes an overview of the IMA Professional Competency Framework for the Future, as well as sessions tackling key challenges such as overcoming workplace barriers, unlocking self-confidence, and forging dynamic connections for career success, all combined for a focus on holistic growth.
You’ll find a comprehensive agenda, including presentation details and direct links to the LinkedIn profiles of each speaker, as well as information about other attendees interested in open networking.

The evening will then continue with our signature CTM networking reception, featuring a fully catered culinary experience designed to impress.Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated selection of health-focused gourmet food and beverages, prepared by our amazing culinary team which will provide the perfect backdrop for engaging conversations to forge meaningful personal and professional connections that matter, many of which are sure to last well beyond the event.
