Autumnal Sound Journey @ Balboa Park 10/22 : Donation-Based

Join us for a sound bath on the morning of Sunday October 22 in Balboa Park. This will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit. The focus will be on harnessing the energy of Fall; the season of change.

Bring a blanket or mat to sit or lie down on during the session. Optional items to bring are an eye pillow or mask, pillow, and an extra blanket. Wear whatever is comfortable for you and bring water to stay hydrated.

All are welcome. No experience is necessary. Come with an open heart and mind.

This event is donation-based.
Suggested energy exchange: $5 - $15

Location: Northwest corner of Balboa Park. Near the cross streets Sixth Ave. and Balboa Dr.
