A sound bath is an immersive experience where participants are enveloped in the soothing sounds produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, bamboo chimes, gong, and ocean drum. The sound frequencies and vibrations help to promote balance and well-being on a physical, spiritual, and mental level. Some benefits of a sound bath are deep relaxation, stress reduction, clearing of energy blockages, clarity, and improvement of sleep.

The session will take place indoors at Aikido Del Mar's dojo in Scripps Ranch.

What to Bring
Bring a blanket, mat, or chair to sit or lie down on during the session. Optional items to bring are an eye pillow or mask, pillow, and an extra blanket. Wear whatever is comfortable for you and don't forget drinking water.

All are welcome but space is limited.
No experience is necessary.
Come with an open mind and heart.
This event is donation-based.
