Spring Bloom Sound Bath
A sound bath is an immersive experience where participants are enveloped in the soothing sounds produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and ocean drum. The sound frequencies and vibrations help to promote balance and well-being on a physical, spiritual, and mental level. Some benefits of a sound bath are deep relaxation, stress reduction, clearing of energy blockages, clarity, and improvement of sleep.
Location
The session will take place at Aikido Del Mar's dojo in Scripps Ranch. The address is 10060 Carroll Canyon Rd. #100 San Diego, CA 92131. Walk around the left side of the building to reach the entrance in the back. Please remove your shoes before going on the mat.
What to Bring
Bring a blanket, mat, or chair to sit or lie down on during the session. Optional items to bring are an eye pillow or mask, pillow, an extra blanket, and sun protection. Wear whatever is comfortable for you and don't forget drinking water.
All are welcome but space is limited.
No experience is necessary.
Come with an open mind and heart.
This event is donation-based.
