Gator By The Bay Zydeco, Blues & Crawfish Festival is the largest and the most fun this side of the bayou—Mardi Gras in May, y’all! Enjoy nonstop music, dancing, and good eating, with authentic Creole & Cajun fare and 10,000 lbs of crawfish flown straight from the bayous.
Catch cooking demos by Southern chefs, join dance lessons, and soak up the sound across 7 stages of live music. With 100+ acts, all-day entertainment, and fun for the whole family (both big & little gators), you’ll be smiling the Bon Temps way—because that’s how it’s done.

We will meet at 10:45 AM inside the gates at the Bon Temps Pavilion Stage to enjoy The Bayou Brothers who will hit the stage at 11am!

FREE ENTRY IF YOU VOLUNTEER FOR 4 HOURS:

• Volunteer sign‑up page — be patient, spots fill fast but can open up at any time.
• For each shift worked you get one entry to the festival.
• Each volunteer will receive a Gator By The Bay Volunteer T-Shirt. To guarantee your shirt, you need to sign up before April 20th.

PARKING & PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

• You are encouraged to use one of the Ride-Share apps to get to and from the festival, hassle-free!
• Consider carpooling to a nearby lot and take a ride-share to Gator By The Bay.
• There are many area parking lots to use in conjunction with Ride-Share. They include:

• Old Town Transit Center
• Liberty Station
• Shelter Island
• Harbor Island
• Public Parking: 15 min walk along the harbor - 1875 Harbor Island Drive

Paid Parking

• Parking lot at 4980 N Harbor Dr.
• No Harbor Drive at Lee Court
• Day San Diego International Airport Terminal Two Parking Structure (Advance Reservations Required.)
• Dirt Lot at No. Harbor Drive and Harbor Island Drive
