Disco Soup

In collaboration with Future - Esch 2022 and Natur&ëmwelt.

Disco Soups are collective and open cooking sessions of discarded or unsold fruits and vegetables in a musical and festive atmosphere. The soups, salads, fruit juices or smoothies made in this way are then redistributed to everyone for free or at a free price.

Disco Soups bring citizens and activists together. The challenge: to question the system and practices related to our food.
Through conviviality and the experience of cooking together, we create a new model of resolutely joyful and positive activism.
