*It's best to eat a couple hours before breath work, please don't eat a heavy meal right before.

If you prefer a thicker mat than a yoga mat, here are a couple I recommend, you are welcome to bring your own mat:

• Luxury BIG Mat $140 (80" x 36")

Contraindications: (Breathwork is not a good fit right now IF you are / have:)
*Pregnancy
* Detached Retina
* Glaucoma
* High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication)
* Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke.
* Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
* Asthma - if you are asthmatic, you are welcome to attend providing you bring your inhaler
to the session.
* Epilepsy or seizures
* Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or previous psychotic breakdowns.
* Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 2 years.
* Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.

We are on the second floor, there is no elevator, just one flight of stairs.
