Designed to support, empower, and transform your relationship with yourself with more understanding of the huge biochemical impact declining estrogen has on our whole system.

The monthly foundation will include:
1. opening circle
2. Warm up focused on safety, pleasure & love in your changing body
3. breathwork & meditation practices
4. Asana (adding optional light weights, props for supports & cues to listen to your body)
5. Nourishing Rest

Shaped around this foundation a different theme each month.
