Bring some fun in your Zen
Take a breath, feel the sea breeze, and join us for a relaxed and nourishing half-day retreat by the coast. Seaside Serenity is a mindful morning combining gentle movement with creative expression – perfect for anyone seeking a reset in good company.

We’ll start by easing into the day with a short meditation and some journalling to connect with your chosen pebble – yes, it’s all about stones. You’ll lay a base coat on your rock before moving into an asana based yoga session led by Yoga with Ginni. Feel into the ancient practice of yoga, led by experienced 860hr+ teacher Ginni. Unite mind, body, and spirit with various postures and breathing techniques that will help invoke consciousness, clarity, and calm. All levels welcome, no previous experience necessary. All equipment supplied, but please feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you desire.

After a tea break with snacks, we return to our pebbles for the mindful part of the painting process – dotting mandalas or playing with patterns. No experience needed – this is about process, not perfection. We close with a gentle sharing circle, giving time to reflect on what surfaced through movement and making.

All materials are provided, and you’ll go home with your own rocky reminder – a hand-painted piece representing a moment of calm and connection. All participants are required to complete the waiver form prior to attending.
