Stone Serenity Meditation
The workshop begins with a tranquil guided meditation at the start of each session, setting the stage for a mindful exploration of simplicity. Through this grounding practice, participants will find ease in expressing their creativity, fostering a sense of calm and presence.

Crafting Zen
During the workshop, participants will effortlessly learn how to use reclaimed frames, paper, black liner, glue, and small pebbles to create their own pebble art. With clear instructions and gentle guidance, they’ll explore techniques such as drawing and working with glue guns, transforming ordinary pebbles into extraordinary works of art. Conscious Crafting workshops prioritize simplicity and ease, ensuring that every participant feels supported and empowered to unleash their creativity.
