Welcome to Conscious Connections. My name is Sarah, I'm a Intuitive Healer and Life Coach assisting people to raise consciousness and gain clarity on areas within their life. I assist people to identify what limiting beliefs are sitting in the subconscious, gain clarity on how/why it is keeping the person in a ‘holding-pattern’.
