I’d like to warmly invite you to a healing circle at Asana Ganesha in Stuttgart West — for a journey weaving together cacao wisdom, meditation, conscious breathwork, and sound healing.

Together, we’ll co-create a sacred space to ground, open the heart, and gently shift into deeper awareness.

Program:
→ Opening with a ceremonial cacao drink and shared intentions
→ Guided meditation
→ Breathwork journey to awaken the body and clear inner space
→ Closing with deep sound healing

This gathering is open to everyone — whether you're new to this work or already on your path with plant medicine and inner healing.

About Cacao:

Ceremonial cacao has been used for thousands of years in Mayan and Aztec traditions as a sacred plant ally. It is known for its ability to gently open the heart, heighten inner awareness, and deepen connection — both within ourselves and with the collective.

Cacao contains theobromine, a natural mood elevator, and acts as a bridge between mind and heart, allowing emotions to surface with softness and clarity. It helps calm the nervous system, activate creativity, and deepen presence in meditative and healing states.
In a safe ceremonial setting, cacao becomes more than a drink — it becomes a medicine for connection, emotional release, and spiritual insight.
