If you work in the service industry—restaurants, bars, salons, spas, hospitality, or you serve in the way of healing, you know what it means to constantly show up for others. The long shifts, emotional labor, late nights, and fast pace can take a toll on your body, your mind, and your spirit.
This 1.5-hour outdoor gathering is a chance to reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the grounding power of nature.
Together, we’ll:

This is a space for anyone who serves—to pause, reset, and receive. No need to have any meditation experience. Come as you are, exactly as you are.
