Germination: A Dancing Freedom Journey

We meet in this life over and over again to help raise each other up, to see each other in the muck and then bring our voices together to become a mighty roar, bursting through the barriers we have been placed under or maybe we have placed ourselves under. Generations of trauma not even recognizable as such because it was just survival, what stories are waiting to be released in you?

Resilience, fortitude, courage, stamina, will be needed in the coming future. We will need to stand strong together like blades of grass in a wild meadow, swaying in the wind but rooted together underneath the earth. Just as the bulbs withstand cold hard winters only to push through the soil once again and dance in the beautiful sunlight, let us be together on this beautiful spring afternoon and plant seeds for a peaceful and unified future.

A Practice of liberation

Dancing Freedom is a practice of liberation. It is a somatic, ecstatic and shamanic dance practice supporting the emergence of living oneness. It is fun, easy, elegant and empowering. It heals. It reveals. It welcomes. Any person of any age, size, color or creed can do it. When we come together we come in peace to create a deep space of shared practice, transformation and community.
