A weekly 5Rhythms session to shake the week off and drop back into your body. No choreography. No expectations. Just movement, breath, sweat, and whatever rhythm shows up for you.
Whether you’re brand new or you’ve danced for years, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Come move, come breathe, come be a human again.
Bring:
- comfortable clothes
- water
- curiosity
- your tired, messy, gorgeous self
Dance starts: 7:30 PM
(No one turned away for being a few minutes late — life happens, just slide in quietly.)
