Does Working On Yourself Actually Work?
Details
If you've been trying to make important personal changes to yourself, but keep running into barriers, then I hope this will be a breath of fresh air.
Does any of this sound familiar?
- You've been working on yourself for many years (decades even), and yet you're still struggling with the same core issues. Perhaps they've gotten a facelift, but it's the same old stuff.
- Despite all the goal setting, meditation, law of attraction, manifestation, hypnosis, EFT, and fire walking... we aren't getting the big, impactful, and lasting changes that we'd hoped for.
- It seems like there's some kind of factory default setting inside us that we keep returning to again and again (no matter how much Tony Robbins we throw at it).
Doesn't it seem strange that we have all this wisdom available to us instantly, yet our core challenges remain?
Have you ever wondered if there are fundamental flaws in the ways we go about "working on" ourselves?
Are we really happier or more fulfilled day to day? Is that even the right question to judge our progress with?
If not, then what are other questions we can explore that might lead to different conclusions, and a different impression (and overall feeling) about ourselves?
If any of these resonates with you, then you're invited to come and explore these questions together with us as a community.
Hope to see you there,
Jason
