Let's face it...living in New York makes it incredibly easy to mistake bagels, donuts and Starbucks as "breakfast" (gluten free or vegan does not make them better options!). These delicious treats may be quick, but they are lacking in the nutritious department. Join me and other nutrition-curious foodies for an epic BRUNCH in a fun, comfortable environment! Come hungry because you are going to sample and learn how to make coconut yogurt parfaits, loaded chia pudding, green smoothies that taste like pie, granola with homemade nut milk, dairy free creamer & protein bars! Come with friends or come solo and leave with new friends.

What you will learn:
• How to make quick, easy make-ahead breakfasts
• How to make beautiful, Instagram-worthy parfaits & smoothie bowls
• The benefits of using nutritionally dense ingredients such as chia, coconut, green powders and natural sweeteners
• My favorite dairy free products and where to find them (yogurt, milk & cheese) for when you don’t have time to make your own
• How eating sprouted seeds and nuts can help improve digestion & increase your protein intake

• All recipes are organic, gluten free, dairy free, and *vegan. Some recipes are made using coconut, sprouted nuts or seeds and this class may not be for you if you have severe allergies.

*I occasionally use raw local honey in my recipes because I have personal experience with its medicinal healing powers. Honey is not considered vegan.
