Greatness Circle - Saturday Weekly
Starbucks, 28th Street and Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ, US
Ongoing Greatness Circle meets in a private reserved room at Starbucks. Arrive at 8:30 to get your beverage if desired. Usually 5 to 12 people attend.

How a Greatness Circle Works
The purpose of the Greatness Circle is to each share our greatness by relating an event, situation, or current happening in our life where we recognize that we demonstrated greatness. The situation does not have to be a big thing or even something that is important to anyone else. For example, recently I honored my greatness for "staying in the present" when I found that the airfare I was searching had gone up. My greatness manifested as openness to exploring other options and remaining centered and balanced.

The "reset function
If at anytime someone is straying away from the guidelines, any member of the group can say "reset" to get back on track. Even the person who is sharing can reset themselves. The reset takes the form of someone saying "reset" or making a group agreed upon hand motion.

Guidelines for Greatness Circle
These guidelines are used both when one is sharing their own greatness and also when one is reflecting back greatness to someone else that has shared.

No advice (this is not a counseling session)
No giving energy to past failures...stay in the success of NOW!
No relating the other person's story to ourselves..i.e."I know how you feel, that has also happened to me." It is ONLY about the person sharing their greatness.
No giving one's self negative energy to make other person feel better... i.e. "Oh you are handling this so much better than I would." etc.
After the person sharing hears their greatness reflected, they breathe it in to ensure download. How? Take a deep breath inhaling what was said...exhale the greatness out to the world.

Something to try: (if the group is not too large) After person has shared greatness and others have reflected that greatness, the person who shared says what they heard in brief and breathes it in...ie. "I heard you say that I have courage and insight..."

What we have learned in more than a year of Greatness Circles: We have created a safe place to practice being open and sharing our true selves. That safe place comes with us whether we are around someone's kitchen table or in a restaurant or coffee shop. We have learned that openness is a strength that leads to intimacy and deeper connection. These results carry over into all our relationships.

Sunday Dance

Sunday Dance is an ongoing moving-meditation- conscious-ecstatic-dance-experience.
And we recently celebrated our 12th anniversary!
Our sessions begin with carefully curated music and skilled guidance to allow a safe space for focusing awareness inward in order to express our dance outward. The music shifts and changes in tempo and style during the session to support the discovery and release process. We conclude with a grounding closing circle. The full experience is 90 minutes in the studio, the benefits are lasting.
This a fun, revealing practice that can benefit anyone (over 18) willing to try it.

Kundalini Reiki Master Training is for those who want to accelerate their own physical, sexual and spiritual health, and then help others.

Kundalini Reiki is a powerful healing modality and it also provides the experience of personal and powerful transformation.

The purpose of becoming initiated into K.R. is that it opens our kundalini central channel, opening and balancing the 7 chakras.

It can be powerful for emotional healing, and spiritual healing as well.
The new energy in your body recalibrates your whole system.

METHOD for TRAINING:
You will receive 3 Attunements. You can choose to receive your attunements 'In Person' at Shastra's Studio, or receive 'remote attunements'.

DESCRIPTION OF ATTUNEMENTS:
Attunements to be done a week apart:

KUNDALINI ATTUNEMENT #1:
All of the knots and blocks in the chakras are removed except for the root chakra. The kundalini central channel is cleansed and prepared for the start of the kundalini awakening that you will experience in attunements 2 and 3. Also, the heart chakra starts to become more open.

KUNDALINI ATTUNEMENT #2:
During attunement #2, the first attunement is strengthened, the root chakra is opened and the third eye is enlarged. The kundalini energy is awakened up to the 3rd chakra, the solar plexus, preparing for the full kundalini rising in the 3rd attunement.

KUNDALINI ATTUNEMENT #3:
During the 3rd attunement, the previous attunements are strengthened, and a full rising of the kundalini takes place.

You will then be registered as a Kundalini Reiki Master and you will receive a comprensive manual & certificate.

MY EXPERIENCE USING KUNDALINI REIKI:
I have been a Kundalini Reiki Master for 8 years. The benefits for me personally have been astounding. My inner core has become very strong. I can feel that my physical body is vibrating at a higher frequency.
Also, I’ll have to say, using K.R. with my clients has also been beneficial beyond my expectations.
