Charity Breathwork zugunsten vom / in favour of Hof Narr - via Zoom

Breathwork (auch verbundene oder holotrope Atmung genannt) hilft dir, Stress abzubauen, emotionale Blockaden zu lösen, Dein Bewusstsein zu erweitern und neue Energie zu schöpfen. In dieser besonderen Session verbindest du Selbstfürsorge mit Mitgefühl – für dich und für andere Lebewesen.

Der gesamte Erlös geht an den Hof Narr, einen Lebenshof in Hinteregg, der über 100 geretteten Tieren ein sicheres Zuhause schenkt. Der Hof steht für gelebten Wandel – weg von Ausbeutung, hin zu Achtsamkeit, Bildung und tierfreundlicher Landwirtschaft.

All proceeds will go to Hof Narr, a sanctuary in Hinteregg that provides a safe home for over 100 rescued animals. The farm stands for living change - away from exploitation and towards mindfulness, education and animal-friendly farming.
