Hola! We hope to create inviting space for individuals to be more conscious and mindful of our daily lives, thoughts and connections to our surroundings.
We will explore the intersections of mindfulness, mental health, connection with nature, introspection, healthy and sustainable lifestyle through experimental means.
Sometimes you may find us doing mindful walking and meditation in parks; at times we will be having group reflection sessions on your week; or holding safe space for professionals and people from all walks of life to share emotions and struggles.
As a member, you’re welcomed to suggest new activities or fun ideas that fit in our purpose!
