This is a free and easy nature walk with a touch of consciousness and mindfulness practice. Don't feel daunted if you have never tried anything like this before! My aim is to share ways of integrating consciousness and mindfulness into daily activities, including walking! How? join us to find out more :))
We will start off with an easy-to-follow meditation to ground ourselves, then go for a guided nature mindful walk around the park at different spots, where I will guide you with some simple prompts and techniques. The session will end with a closing meditation and a group reflection of the experience.
Please bring along your meditation cushion/mat but this is optional. No experience required on meditation - I will guide you through the process. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
