Nervous System & Motherhood
A gentle online workshop for moms ❤️

📅 Thursday, 28 May
🕒 15:00 CEST (14:00 London / 09:00 New York)
📍 Online event (Google Meet)

Motherhood can feel deeply loving… and deeply overwhelming at the same time.

Many of us react before we even have time to think:
we snap, shut down, become overstimulated, anxious, disconnected or flooded with guilt afterward.

This workshop is not about becoming a “perfect parent.”
It’s about understanding what happens inside our nervous system before the reaction comes — and learning how to meet ourselves with more awareness, regulation and compassion.

In this gentle and supportive online space, we’ll explore:

❤️ why motherhood can feel so triggering
❤️ how stress and overwhelm live in the body
❤️ the nervous system states behind our reactions
❤️ co-regulation and emotional safety
❤️ why guilt and self-criticism often keep us stuck
❤️ small shifts that help create more connection with ourselves and our children

This workshop is rooted in:
attachment science, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, emotional awareness and conscious parenting.

You do not need to be a “calm mom” to belong here.
You are warmly welcome exactly as you are.

This is a space for mothers who want:
– more understanding instead of shame
– more connection instead of constant survival mode
– and a gentler way of being with themselves in motherhood

🕊️ Come with tea, messy emotions, curiosity — or simply exhaustion.

I’d love to have you there ❤️
