Led by Kalindi's partner in life and business, Pete Warnock – breathwork facilitator, educator and mentor for neurodivergent minds, this 90-minute experience is an invitation to slow down, breathe deep, and meet yourself anew.
Pete understands, from both lived experience and years of practice, how ADHD can leave you feeling like you're constantly spinning – bouncing between tabs, overwhelmed by simple tasks, burnt out one moment and wired the next. You may have tried every productivity hack, morning routine, or healing modality you can think of, but still feel out of sync in your own skin.
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about feeling you.
It’s about meeting your nervous system where it is — not where the world expects it to be.

In this session, you’ll learn how breath can help you:
- Calm a racing, distracted mind
- Rebuild your relationship with rest and regulation
- Reconnect with your body and its subtle signals
- Create the conditions where pleasure and presence become possible again
Through gentle, guided breathwork (no experience needed), Pete will lead you on a journey back to the felt sense of being here, as you are.
Because pleasure often lies just beyond the obstacle.
And breath is the bridge.
