Blood & Bone – Shamanic Trance Dance - Step into the mystery.

This is a ritual space to enter altered states through breath, rhythm, movement and intention. Dancing blindfolded in the dark, guided by sound and sensation, you’ll cross the threshold from ordinary mind to the wild intelligence of your body and soul.

There is no choreography, no performance - only the raw, honest unfolding of whatever is ready to move. Trance dance is ancient medicine. And in this space, you are free to meet yourself beyond the stories.

Our Shamanic Trance Dance Rituals are held as a ritual, accompanied by the sounds of dynamic rhythms, deep progressive house, world music, ambient nature sounds, and the beat of the drum played at high volume. Using breath, movement and blindfolds, we naturally and safely move into a ‘trance’ state of consciousness, where it becomes possible to enter the inner world of the spirit, to discover visions, guidance, healing, empowerment, beauty and wisdom!
This evening offers:

• Shamanic journeying through embodied movement and trance
• A container of deep presence and energetic transformation
• Access to altered states and inner wisdom without substances

There are limited spaces for this event (26) to keep a safe container - it is not like an ecstatic dance where 50+ people can dance together - hence it is pricier than a regular dance event - plus there are 2 space-holders to keep you safe.
