Join our group of seekers who are exploring how to marry timeless wisdom with the knowledge and insights of the 21st century. Together we’ll learn, practice, and reflect — opening the door to ways of being that can truly transform our lives.

When you hear the word tantra, what comes to mind? For many in the West, the term has become almost synonymous with sexuality. But in its original context, tantra is far more expansive. The Sanskrit root of the word means “to weave” — pointing to a practice of integrating polarities: masculine and feminine, being and doing, relative and absolute, form and emptiness.

While often seen as esoteric or inaccessible, tantric meditation practices from the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition are among the most practical and transformative tools available for modern life. These meditations help us weave more space, clarity, and compassion into our daily routines. They also strengthen archetypal energies — such as wise discernment, boundless compassion, or nurturing love — so that we can meet life with greater skill and less reactivity.

This gathering is not just about talking about tantra. It’s about beginning to practice it. You’ll be guided through accessible visualization meditation methods that you can take home and use as part of your own spiritual journey. Whether you’re completely new to tantric meditation or looking to deepen your understanding, this session will offer a grounded and experiential entry point.
