An end-of-year reflection, release, and integration gathering

Before we step into a new year, there’s profound value in pausing — to reflect on what 2025 has really been for us, to honour the growth that occurred (including the unexpected kinds), and to consciously release whatever no longer needs to be carried forward.

This evening invites you to slow down, look honestly at the year you’ve lived, and harvest the insights that arise when we bring full awareness to our experience. What did you learn? What are you ready to let go of? And what quiet seeds of future becoming are already shimmering beneath the surface?

Through shared reflection, guided prompts, and gentle conversation, we’ll make space for closure, gratitude, and renewal — creating fertile ground for the intentions you’ll clarify in January.

What to Expect
We’ll draw on two complementary approaches:

• Integral Theory tools
to help us reflect in a whole-person, whole-life way, surfacing insights that span the inner and outer dimensions of our experience and ensuring we don’t miss any hidden blindspots.

• Year Compass reflection practices
to guide us through the meaningful process of reviewing the past year — its milestones, lessons, challenges, joys, and turning points — and distilling what truly matters.

Expect a warm, communal, spacious atmosphere with reflective writing, paired or small-group conversation, and practices for releasing and completion.

A companion event focused on intention-setting for 2026 has also been planned in January for anyone wishing to do a letting in to complement this letting go session.

If you are planning to attend, RSVPing helps us prepare enough printed materials for everyone.

General Description of Monthly Gatherings
Conscious Transformation Collective gatherings focus on both inner development (deepening our connection with calm, peace, joy, and non-clinging awareness) and the practical ways we bring that clarity into the world. We draw on wisdom traditions such as Buddhadharma and the Western Mysteries, as well as the comprehensive lens of Integral Theory. Each session includes practical tools, embodied insights, and interactive activities.

Teacher/Facilitator
This session will be led by Christopher Lawley, who has been practicing and training in the universalist Namgyal lineage of Vajrayana Buddhism and Western Mysteries for close to 2 decades with the Clear Sky Center sangha and Planet Dharma. Christopher is steeped in Integral Theory and uses it to inform his work with individuals, teams, and groups. He is a trained coach and convener who designs and facilitates group processes using frameworks such as the Art of Hosting. Christopher is also on the organizing committee of the Integral Conference of North America (ICON) which will be taking place in May 2026 in Denver, Colorado.
